The staff were mind-blowingly friendly and super helpful with any questions. The location was jaw-dropping, just a 1 minute walk to the waterbus stop. The breakfast offered a good start to the day with enough choice. It was great value for money, considering that breakfast was included and the location was close to everything by foot. The staff communicated and put me at ease as I arrived late. They also provided helpful information throughout my stay. The bar/lounge area, free Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TV were a bonus. Electric kettles in the rooms were a nice touch. , cots were available and pets were allowed.

The room at De L'Alboro was super cozy, with a private bathroom that had a nice shower/tub combo. It was stocked with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer, so it felt like a home away from home. As a vegetarian, I appreciated the fact that I could rely on room service for my meals.
The only thing I liked less was the shower/tub combination in the bathroom. It's just my personal preference, though, and I understand that others might enjoy it.

This hotel is excellent value for money, especially considering its location in the heart of the city. It is within walking distance of all major tourist sites and close to many nice restaurants. The staff is helpful and the rooms are kept clean, with a good view. The fact that breakfast is included is a nice touch.
Despite its many positive aspects, there is room for improvement in terms of the hotel's attention to detail.

During Easter holiday, we had a wonderful time staying at a hotel with great amenities. The breakfast was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. Moreover, the hotel is centrally located, with easy access to major attractions and several modes of transportation. We also enjoyed the comfortable rooms and friendly staff who were always ready to offer assistance.
There were a few downsides during our stay. The bathroom facilities were not up to our expectations, the shower gel provided was not enough for our family, and the room lacked a mini-fridge. Additionally, the beds were not very comfortable, and there were limited electric sockets in the room which were not very functional.

We loved this hotel's location! It was very close to the water taxi stop, making it very easy to get around this city. The hotel was located on a quiet canal, so we enjoyed resting peacefully at night. We were also very comfortable walking to San Marco square. Moreover, the vaporetto stop was close, which made it easy for us to reach the airport through the "aliguna" line. We had lovely breakfast every day, and the staff members were very friendly, offering us daily clean towels.
No negatives from this hotel.

St Mark Square was just a short walk away. the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. the staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was flavorful with a variety of delicious options. the room was equipped with excellent facilities and had a lovely view of a small water canal.
There was one minor issue regarding the TV that didn't work when I arrived, but the staff quickly provided a solution.

This cute little hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the main attractions. the staff were extremely friendly, offering great tips and recommendations to make the most out of our stay. the breakfast was basic, but had delicious coffee and fresh pastries. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with a decent-sized bathroom and a great view from our window.
The hotel lacked proper sound insulation, which made it hard to sleep due to noise from other rooms and outside. the WiFi connection was spotty and unreliable, which was frustrating when trying to plan our activities for the day.
